Referrals

Stream Search believes that people who help other candidates or clients to find the perfect new position or candidate should be rewarded. For this reason we offer a referral payment to anyone who helps us to successfully place a candidate into a new role or do business with a new client.

Terms & Conditions

For the referral to qualify, the candidate that is referred must not already be in contact with Stream Search or in our database.

A placement must be made within 6 months of referral for you to receive the reward. You are responsible for contacting us for your reward within 6 months of the placement.

Permanent Candidate Referrals

The referrer will be entitled to a payment of £150 when the referred candidate is successfully placed by Stream Search into a permanent position and they have successfully passed their probationary period.

Temporary Candidate Referrals

The referrer will be entitled to a payment of £150 once the referred candidate is successfully placed by Stream Search into a temporary position and they have been in their assignment for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Client Referrals

The referrer will be entitled to a payment of £150 for each placement made with the referred client, temporary or permanent, subject to the terms and timescales above.
